Minnesota Valley is now using SmartHub to handle online billing and account management. You can pay your bill, set up recurring payments, view and compare your usage history and so much more!

How to Create a SmartHub Account

  1. Visit https://mnvalleyrec.smarthub.coop or click the SmartHub account login button in upper right hand corner.

  2. Click the link next to "New User?" You will need your account number from your bill, along with your last name and email address. Follow the on screen instructions.

  3. Verify your identity with your mailing zip code or most recent bill amount, and the type the charaters you see on your screen.

  4.  Your SmartHub account has been created!

  5. Check your email for a temporary password and use it to login. You will then be asked to create a new password.

  6. You will then be presented with an option to go paperless:
    If you would like to turn off paper bills, select Yes
    If you would like to receive a paper bill by mail, select No

  7. Choose a Security Phrase. You can skip this step for now if you wish, but will need to create one to make a payment.

  8. Once setup is complete, you can view your billing and payment options, your profile, usage and set notifications on when and how we contact you.
