Cleans and keeps assigned areas in an orderly manner.  Responsible for the inside building and also the outside grounds.

·         Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting area and all areas inside the building

·         Keeps the outside grounds clean

·         Responsible for outside maintenance- mowing and snow removal

·         Mow and spray substations

·         Picks up mail every morning

·         Orders cleaning supplies

·         Operate forklift and skid steer
